Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v (Shtier /ˈkəˑdvɛʤ/ [tattoo] [contact]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Bombuqíh Region of the Tetburland.
The name Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v is derived from the Sylvin language, as Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded by Willow Flanagan, who was culturaly Tauran.
Climate
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v receives an average of 281 cm/y (110 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v covers an area of nearly 10 km2 (4 mi2), and an average elevation of 4444 m (14580 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1418, by Willow Flanagan. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v is buildings are built arround a single premissive cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a city of Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's size could have. Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's well-designed, yet cheep are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v lost 216 people, 386 livestock, and 79 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 136, when members of Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's militia enacted an operation to fortify a particular prison. The operation was complicated by the officers in charge fight among themselves, weakening the army as a whole. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Shtierkādvèj Ji̊ Qi̊v's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
